Two persons killed in a communal clash between Boue, Yeghe Community

Two persons have been reportedly killed following a fresh communal attack between Yeghe and Boue communities.

The report said two persons have been reportedly killed while others were injured in an attack by unknown gunmen in the Yeghe community.

A chieftain of the community who speak to N-Press Port-Harcourt on the condition of anonymity said the two persons who died in the attack were beheaded while others sustained various degrees of injuries and are receiving treatment in the hospital.

N-Press Port-Harcourt also learned that the attack has been confirmed by the Councilor representing ward 14 in Khana 9th Legislative Assembly, Barrister Albright Deebom who told Super FM that both the Chairman of Khana Local Government, Thomas Bariere, and that of Gokana Local Government, Confidence Deko have tried their best to put an end to the aged-long land dispute between both Communities.
