Itodo oil and gas limited fuel station located within Mbodo-Aluu Community in Ikwere LGA of Rivers, went into flames this Sunday morning while discharging premium motor spirit, PMS.
Eyewitnesses say a victim suspected to be the owner of the fuel station was taken to the hospital after suffering severe burns.
Others say the fire lasted for several hours before the response of fire servicemen from some oil and gas companies in port Harcourt.
The location of the fuel station close to a primary and secondary school was one aspect many Nigerians want those in authority to address to avoid loss of lives.
