Scavengers banned in Khana LGA

The Khana 9th Legislative Assembly presided over by the leader, Gobari Deebom has placed a legislative ban on the activities of scavengers in khana Local Government Area.

This is following a moment moved by the councilor representing ward 1 in the 9th Legislative Assembly, James Kpae, saying it was becoming unbearable as scavengers in the area are hiding under the shield of picking irons to perpetuate crimes, stealing and vandalizing public properties.

The moment was seconded by Clever Barikui, councilor representing ward 7 and was adopted by the house.
