PH NGO donates borehole to Ndoni as part of UN-SDGs 6 initiative

The International Association World Peace Advocates officially Thursday commissions the first phase of its 780 Local Government Boreholes in Ogba/Egbema to mark the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals Six.

Spokesperson of the group, Emmanuel Nkweke said it’s incumbent and fundamental for people to have access to clean water and sanitation which is the number six goals of the SDGs and that is why the organization has taken upon herself to give clean water to those in the rural communities in Rivers State.

“Why emphasizing the benefits of the projects to the community”, he also stressed the needs for government to support the cause of the organization through partnership and financial supports.

As the importance of water in humans life cannot be overemphasized, the beneficiaries thanked the organization for giving them life.
