But the significance of the Bera declaration and endorsement yesterday will lend him spiritual and moral fillip to gallop with great momentum as the election draws near.

All recognized segments and leadership structures of the Bera community came together in an unprecedented gathering in which Senator Abe was given community blessing by the clergy.

Council of Chiefs and Elders led by the Paramount Ruler of the Community, youth leader, women leader, the academia, the social and cultural groups with Abe taken to all sacred places in the Community.

Let no one deceive you, every politician worth his salt in Nigeria covets a base, and a secure and strong base provides the springboard on which a politician can achieve great things in an election. Nobody climbs a tree from the top as charity begins at home.
