Niger-Delta youths condemn oil theft in region

Youths and stakeholders in the Niger Delta region has continue to condemned illegal refineries and oil theft in the region.

This follows a meeting of youths in the region concerning the the issues of illegal refineries and oil theft in the country.

Addressing the youths, Professor Ben Nanee said it was too late fight oil theft, because the time they were supposed to fight it, they didn’t show much concern.

He advised the government to address some fundamental issues that propelled youths to engage in the vandalisation of oil facilities.
