Magnus Abe appoints Worgu Boms as his secretary of campaign council

The Governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in Rivers State Distinguished Senator Magnus Ngei Abe has approved the appointment of Hon. Barr. Worgu Boms as the Secretary of his campaign Council.

Hon Barr Worgu Boms a former Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Rivers State, has been the Director General of the Freedom House in Port Harcourt.

The appointment was announced today by Distinguished Senator Magnus Abe, Governorship candidate of SDP at a thanksgiving service organized by the party in Christ Army Church, Lewe, Gokana LGA, as part of his three days of working visits to his home LGA Gokana.

Hon Barr Worgu Boms has been Chairman of the NBA Port Harcourt branch, a position he used to initiate several reforms. He has delivered many papers at the International Bar Association Conferences.

In 2011 he was appointed as Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice in Rivers State after distinguishing himself at the Bar.
