Khana Football Club promoted, to play in Nigeria National League

In an effort to empower the youths of Khana and to curtail youths restiveness in the area, the Khana Council boss has recorded another milestone success in the area of sports as Khana Football Club gets registered to play the Nigeria National League.

While paying host to the team on training, the executive chairman of Khana Local Government Area, Thomas Bariere assured the team that his administration is poise to making a different in sport and that he’s ready to do whatever it will take for the team to go beyond the level they are now.

The Senior special assistant to the chairman on Sports, Mr. Larry said the success recorded so far was as a result of the supports and passion the chairman have on sport especially football.

He reassured the chairman of the readiness of the team win and bring the trophy home and as well, the target of the team to play the Nigerian Professional Football League
