Solomon Bob, winner of Abua/Odual, Ahoada-East Fed Constituency

The Member representing Abua/Odual and Ahoada-East Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, Solomon Bob has been re-elected for another four years.

He emerged winner after scoring Sixteen thousand and sixty votes defeating his closest rival Apiah Chinedu of the All-Progressives Congress who got eight thousand six hundred and eighty votes.

The declaration was made by the returning officer for Rivers West-Senatorial District Professor Gabriel Ogbonna at the INEC office in Ahoada East local government area.

In their remarks Solomon Bob and the Deputy Speaker of the Rivers House of Assembly, Edison Ehie hailed the electoral umpire for conducting a free, fair and credible election while describing it as the best in the Nation’s political history.
