Gov Wike finally votes as BVAS problem fixed

Rivers Governor Nyesom Wike cast his vote at 12.45 pm at Obio/Akpor Ward 9, Unit 7A after the BVAS initially faith to function on his first visit to the unit.

INEC officials had left the failed BVAS to fix them following the initial hitch past 11 am to the disappointment of the governor and teeming voters who patiently had to wait.
