Farah Dagogo to appear in court on Monday

The lawmaker representing Degema-Bonny in the Federal House of Representatives, Farah Dagogo is expected to appear in court Monday morning.

The Lawmaker who is facing a two-count Charges of Conspiracy and instigating cultist during the People’s Democratic Party PDP Screening Exercise in Port Harcourt was remanded back to police custody by Chief Magistrate, O Amadi Nna on the grounds that the prosecution team failed to comply with the new direction of the Magistrates’ Courts.

Farah Dagogo has denied the accusations leveled against him by Rivers State Government and will likely take his plea and subsequently submit his bail application to the court today.
