Farah Dagogo seeks redress for unlawful exclusion in PDP primaries

The Lawmaker representing Degema-Bonny Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Farah Dagogo has approached a Federal High Court over his unlawful exclusion from PDP primaries held across the state.

Dagogo, facing two-count Charges of conspiracy and instigating cultist during PDP screening exercise on the 27th April, in Port Harcourt was officially remanded with the correctional centre after his bail application was objected by the court.

The Lawmaker in his prayers asking the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and the National Working Committee (NEC) of the party not to recognize anyone from the purported party primaries held today.
