Farah Dagogo arraigned in court after state declares him wanted

The Lawmaker representing Degema-Bonny in the house of representatives, Farah Dagogo has been arraigned Monday before a Federal High Court in Port Harcourt.

The Lawmaker who is facing two-count Charges of Conspiracy and instigating cultist during the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Screening Exercise on the 27th April, in Port Harcourt was officially remanded with the correctional centre by Justice Chiwendu Nworgu after listening to the arguments of the accused and the prosecution teams.

The counsel to the accused had summited an application for bail but was objected by the prosecution counsel led by the Attorney general of the state, Zacchaeus Adangor.

Adangor said bail application cannot be tender in court before bail application.

Justice Chiwendu adjourned the case to the 28 May and advised the that the accused be taken to the clinic for medication.
