Emohua-Kalabari Road: Gov Wike releases fund for rehabilitation

Stealing, Kidnapping and adoption of passengers will be a thing of the past as the executive Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Ezewon Wike has graciously approved commencement of rehabilitation work on the 2 kilometers critical sections of Emohua-Kalabari Road.

In a statement issued by the Special Assistant on media and documentation to the Honourable Commissioner of work, Dornubari Kiinee. The statement said has approved 100% funds for the rehabilitation work.

“The Governor has consequently released 100 percent of the fund needed for the project, and construction work will commence on Monday 31 October, 2022”, he added.

The statement said the construction work will consist of both concrete and asphaltic pavement to prevent its dilapidation which is expected to be completed in six weeks.
