Eleme chairman presents 2022 appropriation bill to legislators

The Eleme LGA chairman, Obarilomate Ollor has presented the 2022 Appropriation Bill to the 9th Legislative Assembly for consideration.

Termed “Budget of Reality” is what his administration intend to carryout for the development of Eleme local government area ~ Obarilomate Ollor

He added that the budget which is a total sum of Three billion, Three hundred million, Eight hundred and Ninety Five thousand, Six hundred and Two naira, Twenty Nine Kobo (N3,624,539,037.25) is made up of Recurrent Expenditure of Two billion, Six hundred and Twenty Four million, Five hundred and Thirty Nine thousand, Thirty Seven naira, Twenty Five Kobo (N2,624,539,037.25) and Capital Expenditure of Six hundred and Sixty Eight million, Ninety Seven thousand, Six hundred and Nine naira, Two Kobo (N668,097,609.02).

Hom. Obarilomate Ollor seek for the cooperation of the Legislators for an accelerated hearing and passage of the bill to enable him complete the numerous projects his administration has embarked on. According to him, “the projects earmarked in the bill when completed, will serve the interest of the Eleme people which is the core mandate of his administration”.
