This Muslim scholar while highlighting the significance of the celebration urged the faithful to emulate the virtues of the Prophet, despite ethnic, religious, and political affiliations the prophet’s message of peace should motivate all to co-exit peacefully toward building a united and prosperous Nigeria
Some Christian Clerics also felicitated with the Muslims as they mark Eid-El Maulud.
Some Islamic scholars noted that celebrating the birthday of any person is undesirable in Islam, while others believe the prophet’s birthday is worthy of praise.
