Court grant Farah Dagogo bail

A Federal High Court sitting in Port-Harcourt, the Rivers State capital has granted bail to Farah Dagogo, the member representing Degema-Bonny in the house of representatives who was decleared wanted by the state governor.

The Lawmaker who is standing trial on two-counts charges bothering on Conspiracy and instigating cultism during the People’s Democratic Party PDP Screening Exercise Port-Harcourt has been granted bail today by a Federal High Court in the state.

Dagogo has pleaded not guilty to the charges leveled against him by his prosecutor, the Rivers State Government.
