No one can succeed in academics without adequate skill in written and spoken language (Communication).
The pen they say dances in the hands of those who are skilled in using it most especially those in the educational sector.
Haven said this, the highest qualifications in the pen dancing circle, the masters of the ink, and those whom the society places hope on for development, technology, innovation, etc, are Professors of knowledge.
It is on these and through years of pen dancing experience, having mastered all the techniques of the ink as required by the Rivers University Senate that Barigbon Gbara Nsereka has yet backed another professorship title with his name imprinted permanently in the circle of Professorial catalog and has been pronounced Professor of Development Communication and Journalism.
This is not just a plus to the Nigeria Union of Journalists in Rivers State but also to his family, and Bua Kaani community his hometown, and humanity in general.
By his pronouncement as Professor, Barigbon Gbara Nsereka, the Bua Kaani community-born academician in Khana Local Government Area of Rivers State now has two Professor titles.
His admirers and associates described Professor Barigbon Gbara Nsereka’s elevation as well deserving.
