2023: PDP presidential campaign council in Rivers State briefs journalists

As the 2023 general elections draw closer, members of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Presidential Campaign Council in Rivers State have restated their commitment towards ensuring that the Presidential Candidate of the Party, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and his Vice Ifeanyi Okowa alongside other PDP Candidates in the State win the election.

It was the Maiden press briefing of the PDP Presidential Campaign Council in the State which had Stakeholders and the leadership of the various Support Groups in attendance where they reassured Rivers people of the prospects in Atiku Abubakar’s Candidacy and the need for all hands to be on deck in ensuring his victory in the forthcoming election.

The Coordinator of the Campaign Council in the State, Senator Lee Maeba re-emphasized the need for members to always acknowledge the Supremacy of the Party and work for the victory of all its Candidates from top to bottom.

Some of those in attendance at the press briefing included former National Chairman of the Party, Prince Uche Secondus, Abiye Sekibo, Senator George Sekibo, Austin Opara, and Sir Celestine Omehia Among others.
